BUSSER/DISHWASHER – $15.50 – DOQ + tips (part-time):

The Dishwasher/Busser Team Member must have the ability to be able to multi-task between the front and back of the restaurant. When on the restaurant floor, the Team Member must be able to communicate with the guests and assist the servers in cleaning their table. As a Dishwasher/Busser, the Team Member must maintain all kitchen work areas and make sure all restaurant equipment is clean, sanitized and in useable condition. *Must be 18 years of age or older.
DELI COOK – $18.00 – DOQ + tips:

The Deli Cook is responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all food products. Preparing products to be used in receipts, maintaining appropriate product assortment, and product levels. Creating a variety of appealing product displays to attract guests, and understand all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. *Must be 18 years of age or older.
DROP TEAM MEMBER – $15.53 – DOQ:

The Drop/Count Team has overall responsibility for the prompt and accurate count of currency and other items placed in the casino drop boxes. Under general direction from the Drop/Count Team Supervisor and/or Drop/Count Team Lead, safeguards the assets of the casino by removing, audit tickets, exchanging, collecting, and accurately counting cash boxes from slot machines, table games, and kiosks in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
EVS ATTENDANT – $15.50 – DOQ:

The EVS Attendant is responsible for cleanliness within the casino. This position is to ensure that the Wanaaha Casino building is clean and maintained in proper order. Will assist patrons upon request, also perform other duties as assigned. Always maintain safe working conditions.
FOOD & BEVERAGE CASHIER – $20.00 – DOQ + tips:

The Cashier must be willing to work in various outlets as needed. The Cashier will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. The Cashier must work well with all fellow Team Members in producing a smooth and efficiently running operation that meets our high standards. Keeps a well-kept and clean work environment for guest to enjoy, answers questions and responds to guest’s requests. We are looking for Team Members who want to work with the public and help us continue to grow our business. *Must be 18 years of age or older.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR (part-time) – $20.00 – DOQ + tips:

Under the general supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor manages the day-to-day supervision of the Tu Ka Novie Restaurant and Wanaaha Lounge. Responsible for efficient oversight of Team Members in the Food & Beverage operations with the objective of improving the quantity and quality of work done continuously and ensuring efficient and work operations.
GUEST SERVICES (CAGE CASHIER) LEAD – $20.00 – DOQ + tips:

This position directs daily shift operations in the Cage / Main Vault. Assist in the development of policies and procedures. Assist directly in department functions to include planning, scheduling and inter-departmental training and liaison for cashier’s activities. Will greet and welcome customers assisting them to create a friendly atmosphere. Perform cashier and vault attendant duties as necessary and assigned.
IN ROOM DINING (IRD) & BANQUET CAPTAIN – $19.00 – DOQ:

Under general supervision of the Food & Beverage Director the Banquet Captain duties will supervise and manage banquet events for Wanaaha Casino. The Banquet Captain will manage staff schedules, ensuring that banquet operations run smoothly and ensuring that events exceed the guest expectations. Ensure that the Banquets operate in accordance with applicable Tribal laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
The (IRD) In Room Dining Captain duties will include the daily operations of the in-room service while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
KITCHEN TECHNICIAN – $15.97 – DOQ.:

Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Tu-Kah Novie kitchen surfaces providing a serve-safe environment. Be responsible for a high level of guest service.
SECURITY OFFICER – $18.00 – DOQ.:

The Security Officer will observe customer/team member activities, greet customers, and assist them as necessary to create goodwill. Will tour building and premises, examining doors, windows, machines, etc., to ensure they are secure. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
SERVER – $15.50 – DOQ. (part-time/on-call):

The Server Team Member is responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our dining guests ensuring to exceed expectations. The position always mandates an upbeat and positive personality along with the ability to get along with all other Team Members. The applicant must also adhere to all company policies and work variable shifts as assigned by supervisor. *Must be 18 years of age or older.
SLOT TECHNICIAN – $21.49 – DOQ.:

Works variable shifts as assigned by the Supervisor. Will greet and welcome customers assisting them in whatever way necessary to create goodwill and a friendly attitude. Works rotating and odd shifts are required. Responsible for maintaining video machines in accordance with established procedures.
SURVEILLANCE AGENT – $17.92 – DOQ.:

Surveillance Agents are responsible for the daily on-going monitoring, observation and protecting all Wanaaha Casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of casino assets, staff and patrons, by utilizing all Surveillance equipment and floor observations. The Team Member’s sole responsibility is to observe and report. The Team Member must perform all duties in accordance with the internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulation
VAULT ATTENDANT (part-time) – $17.33 – DOQ.:

This position operates the Main Vault, Coin Bank and Chip Vault. Is responsible and accountable for all funds during assigned shift. Responsible for completing all required paperwork for currency/coin/chips transactions. Conduct daily countdowns of the vault upon arrival and departure. Accept all responsibility for cash overages and shortages incurred in their bank.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
- Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License.
- Must pass an extensive security background check.
