CURRENT OPENINGS

EVS ATTENDANT:

This position cleans and maintains the offices, common areas, casino floor and restrooms and is to ensure that the Wanaaha Casino buildings and grounds are clean and maintained in proper order. Will greet and welcome customers assisting them in whatever way necessary to create goodwill and a friendly attitude Provide administrative and supervisory support to the maintenance personnel.

SLOT TECHNICIAN:

Individual will be responsible for inspecting, maintenance and repair of all gaming devices at the Wanaaha Casino, such as gaming machines, ATM’s and redemption terminals. Team Member is also responsible for keeping records of all machine repairs, maintenance and adjustments. Demonstrated mechanical capabilities and experience preferred.

DISHWASHER/BUSSER: (PT)

Dishwasher is responsible for operating dishwasher and other cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Will assist Waitstaff bus tables, sanitize and other job duties to serve customers promptly.

COCKTAIL SERVER

Individual will provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to all guests. Cocktail Servers are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers on the gaming floor and lounge. Cleans and stocks the beverage station and monitors beverage consumption levels for guests.

DEALER:

Individual will provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to all guests. Card Dealers must know or have the ability to learn the game of Paiute Palace twenty-one (21), poker and other table games as required. Training will be provided prior to actual casino dealing.

FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Provides custodial, maintenance and repair to building structure and premises; minor carpentry, painting, etc. Tech will inform supervisor/manager of necessary repairs and/or conditions requiring outside technical and/or professional services. Maintain outside grounds and maintain supply room, tool needs, equipment and inventory necessary for on-going maintenance.

GUEST SERVICES (Cashier)

Delivers excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and accountable for assigned cash drawer. Conduct loyalty program transactions including; new sign-ups, issuing replacement cards, player account inquiries, and assist in implementing seasonal promotions and events. Protect casino assets at all times.

SECURITY OFFICER

Individual will be responsible for monitoring customer and team member gaming activities, keep accurate records and logs. Work with Security and Management to ensure rules and laws applicable to the gaming operation are effectively enforced. Knowledge of blackjack and other card table procedures preferred. Knowledge of standard and accepted surveillance department methods and procedures preferred.

SERVER:

The Server Team Member is responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our dining guests ensuring to exceed expectations. The position always mandates an upbeat and positive personality along with the ability to get along with all other Team Members. The applicant must also adhere to all company policies and work variable shifts as assigned by supervisor.

SURVEILLANCE AGENT:

Individual will be responsible for monitoring customer and team member gaming activities, keep accurate records and logs. SURVEILLANCE MANAGER ($55,000-$60,000 annual):

The Surveillance Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Wanaaha Casino Surveillance operations in order to protect the health and safety of all casino guests, Team Members and vendors. Will be responsible for detecting activities and behaviors that are in violation of Wanaaha Casino policies, practices, controls and gaming regulations. In addition, the individual will be involved in training, evaluating and development of Surveillance Team Members. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a CCTV Surveillance system to effectively monitor all Wanaaha Casino operations. Responsible for safeguarding all casino property and assets.

LEAD CASHIER:

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions such as scheduling and organizing necessary training. Ensures all Cage/Vault personnel are adhering to policy and procedures. Supervisor ensures all items are balanced at the close of shift.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

  • Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License.
  • Must pass an extensive security background check.
