CHEF de CUISINE – DOQ:

The Sous Chef oversees the operation of all kitchen areas, including but not limited to; receiving inventory and supplies, recipes, and actual quality preparation of all food items. Provide leadership and direction to kitchen Team Members including cooks and dishwashers. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the standards as set forth by the Restaurant & Catering Manager, as well as the General Manager.
COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST – DOQ.:

The Compliance Specialist provides general direction supervision over regulatory compliance matters. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reporting results of the compliance efforts of the company and in providing guidance for the Leadership Team on matters relating to compliance. The Compliance Specialist together with Management is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure realization of the objectives of the company’s Compliance Program. The position oversees the Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance matters within the company.
EVS ATTENDANT (full/part-time) – $15.50/hr.:

Works variable shifts assigned by the supervisor will greet and welcome customers assisting them in whatever way necessary to create goodwill and a friendly attitude. This position is to ensure that the Wanaaha Casino buildings and grounds are clean and maintained in proper order. Provide administrative and supervisory support to the maintenance personnel to insure the following.
FACILITY TECHNICIAN – $17.47/hr.:

Provide custodial, maintenance and repair to building structure and premises; minor carpentry, painting, etc., inform supervisor of necessary repairs and/or conditions requiring outside technical and/or professional services. Ensures that the Wanaaha Casino buildings and grounds are clean and maintained in proper order.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – DOQ:

Delivers excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and accountable for assigned cash drawer. Conduct loyalty program transactions including new sign-ups, issuing replacement cards, player account inquiries, and assist in implementing seasonal promotions and events. Protect casino assets at all times.
SECURITY OFFICER (Graveyard) – $15.50/hr.:

The Security Officer will observe customer/team member activities, greet customers, and assist them as necessary to create goodwill. Will tour building and premises, examining doors, windows, machines, etc., to ensure they are secure. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
SURVEILLANCE AGENT – $17.92/hr:

Surveillance Agents are responsible for the daily on-going monitoring, observation and protecting all Wanaaha Casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of casino assets, staff and patrons, by utilizing all Surveillance equipment and floor observations. The Team Member’s sole responsibility is to observe and report. The Team Member must perform all duties in accordance with the internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations. *Must be 18 years of age or older.
VAULT ATTENDANT – $17.33/hr:

This position operates the Main Vault, Coin Bank and Chip Vault. Is responsible and accountable for all funds during assigned shift. Responsible for completing all required paperwork for currency/coin/chips transactions. Conduct daily countdowns of the vault upon arrival and departure. Accept all responsibility for cash overages and shortages incurred in their bank.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
- Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License.
- Must pass an extensive security background check.
