BUSSER/DISHWASHER – $15.50 – DOQ + tips:

The Dishwasher/Busser Team Member must have the ability to be able to multi-task between the front and back of the restaurant. When on the restaurant floor, the Team Member must be able to communicate with the guests and assist the servers in cleaning their table. As a Dishwasher/Busser, the Team Member must maintain all kitchen work areas and make sure all restaurant equipment is clean, sanitized and in useable condition. *Must be 18 years of age or older.

COCKTAIL SERVER – $15.50 – DOQ + tips:

Cocktail Server will meet and greet guests in a timely manner. Perform duties with friendly, polite, personalized, and passionate guest service. Convey positive body language; use good posture. Have an enthusiastic attitude while personalizing service to the guest. Must adhere to all policies and procedures.

Deal the games currently being dealt at the Wanaaha Casino and newer games as implemented. It is the responsibility of the Table Games Dealer to perform the act of dealing while providing excellent guest service. The dealer shall efficiently deal and protect assigned games as described in the established policies and procedures, and internal controls, and maintain compliance with rules, laws, and regulations.

EVS ATTENDANT – $15.50 – DOQ:

The EVS Attendant is responsible for cleanliness within the casino. This position is to ensure that the Wanaaha Casino building is clean and maintained in proper order. Will assist patrons upon request, also perform other duties as assigned. Always maintain safe working conditions.

GIFT SHOP CASHIER/CLUB HOST – $15.50 – DOQ:

Club Host – The position primary mission is to create Guest experiences through the Player’s journey, from signing up to new Arrow Club Members to supporting existing Arrow Club Member’s needs.
Gift Shop Cashier – The Gift Shop Cashier will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our Guests to enjoy. Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of a highly motivated retail department dedicated to providing exemplary Guest service.

GUEST SERVICES – $16.27 – DOQ:

Delivers excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and accountable for assigned cash drawer. Conduct loyalty program transactions including new sign-ups, issuing replacement cards, player account inquiries, and assisting in implementing seasonal promotions and events. Protect casino assets at all times.

IN ROOM DINING (IRD) & BANQUET CAPTAIN – $19.00 – DOQ:

Under general supervision of the Food & Beverage Director the Banquet Captain duties will supervise and manage banquet events for Wanaaha Casino. The Banquet Captain will manage staff schedules, ensuring that banquet operations run smoothly and ensuring that events exceed the guest expectations. Ensure that the Banquets operate in accordance with applicable Tribal laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
The (IRD) In Room Dining Captain duties will include the daily operations of the in-room service while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

KITCHEN TECHNICIAN – $15.97 – DOQ.:

Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Tu-Kah Novie kitchen surfaces providing a serve-safe environment. Be responsible for a high level of guest service. Applicant should be aware that the Wanaaha Casino is not a smoke free environment.

PREP COOK – $16.48 – DOQ.:

Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, this position entails prepping food items, learning of cooking/baking techniques and theories, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens. *Must be 18 years of age or older.

SECURITY OFFICER – $18.00 – DOQ.:

The Security Officer will observe customer/team member activities, greet customers, and assist them as necessary to create goodwill.  Will tour building and premises, examining doors, windows, machines, etc., to ensure they are secure. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

VAULT ATTENDANT – $17.33 – DOQ.:

This position operates the Main Vault, Coin Bank and Chip Vault. Is responsible and accountable for all funds during assigned shift. Responsible for completing all required paperwork for currency/coin/chips transactions. Conduct daily countdowns of the vault upon arrival and departure. Accept all responsibility for cash overages and shortages incurred in their bank.
