CHEF DE CUISINE – DOQ:

The Sous Chef oversees the operation of all kitchen areas, including but not limited to; receiving inventory and supplies, recipes, and actual quality preparation of all food items.  Provide leadership and direction to kitchen Team Members including cooks and dishwashers.  Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the standards as set forth by the Food & Beverage Manager, as well as the General Manager.

COCKTAIL SERVER – $15.50 – DOQ:

Cocktail Server will meet and greet guests in a timely manner.   Perform duties with friendly, polite, personalized, and passionate guest service.  Convey positive body language; use good posture.  Have an enthusiastic attitude while personalizing service to the guest.   Must adhere to all policies and procedures.

DELI COOK/CASHIER – DOQ + Tips:

The Deli Cook performs activities in support of all restaurant operations, food preparation, and presentation. *Must be 18 years of age or older.

FACILITY TECHNICIAN – $17.47 – DOQ:

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, and corrective repair in and around casino and RV locations. Provides superior guest service to casino patrons while on the gaming floor. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Lead Facilities Technician and/or Facilities Manager.

LINE COOK – $18.00 – DOQ:

Responsible for the daily operation and success of food service by preparing quality products that adhere to our standards. Daily duties include prep, preparing menu items and specials, stocking, and cleaning. Must be able to work various shifts and outlets assigned by management

SECURITY OFFICER (Full/Part-Time) – $15.50/hr – DOQ.:

The Security Officer will observe customer/team member activities, greet customers, and assist them as necessary to create goodwill.  Will tour building and premises, examining doors, windows, machines, etc., to ensure they are secure. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

SURVEILLANCE AGENT – $17.92/hr – DOQ.:

Surveillance Agents are responsible for the daily on-going monitoring, observation and protecting all Wanaaha Casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of casino assets, staff and patrons, by utilizing all Surveillance equipment and floor observations. The Team Member’s sole responsibility is to observe and report. The Team Member must perform all duties in accordance with the internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

  • Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License.
  • Must pass an extensive security background check.
