BUSSER/DISHWASHER – $15.50 – DOQ:

The Dishwasher/Busser Team Member must have the ability to be able to multi-task between the front and back of the restaurant. When on the restaurant floor, the Team Member must be able to communicate with the guests and assist the servers in cleaning their table. As a Dishwasher/Busser, the Team Member must maintain all kitchen work areas and make sure all restaurant equipment is clean, sanitized and in useable condition.  *Must be 18 years of age or older.

COUNT/DROP TEAM MEMBER – $15.53 – DOQ:

The Drop/Soft Count team members will be responsible for the removal of audit tickets and currency from video machines following all policies and procedures for the Drop. The Drop/Soft Count Team is also responsible for the counting of all currency from video machines and accountability for the drop from the card tables completing all required paperwork for accountability.

GUEST SERVICES (Cage Cashier) (Full/Part-Time)(All Shifts) – $16.27 – DOQ:

Delivers excellent customer service at all times.  Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and accountable for assigned cash drawer.  Conduct loyalty program transactions including new sign-ups, issuing replacement cards, player account inquiries, and assist in implementing seasonal promotions and events.  Protect casino assets at all times.

LINE COOK – $18.00/hr – DOQ.:

Responsible for the daily operation and success of food service by preparing quality products that adhere to our standards. Daily duties include prep, preparing menu items and specials, stocking, and cleaning. Must be able to work various shifts and outlets assigned by management.  *Must be 18 years of age or older.

SECURITY OFFICER – $15.50/hr – DOQ.:

The Security Officer will observe customer/team member activities, greet customers, and assist them as necessary to create goodwill.  Will tour building and premises, examining doors, windows, machines, etc., to ensure they are secure. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

SURVEILLANCE AGENT – $17.92/hr – DOQ.:

Surveillance Agents are responsible for the daily on-going monitoring, observation and protecting all Wanaaha Casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of casino assets, staff and patrons, by utilizing all Surveillance equipment and floor observations. The Team Member’s sole responsibility is to observe and report. The Team Member must perform all duties in accordance with the internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

VAULT ATTENDANT (Part-Time) – $17.33/hr – DOQ.:

This position operates the Main Vault, Coin Bank and Chip Vault. Is responsible and accountable for all funds during assigned shift. Responsible for completing all required paperwork for currency/coin/chips transactions. Conduct daily countdowns of the vault upon arrival and departure. Accept all responsibility for cash overages and shortages incurred in their bank.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

  • Must qualify and maintain a Bishop Gaming License.
  • Must pass an extensive security background check.

WANAAHA HOTEL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

HOTEL DIRECTOR – DOQ.:

The Hotel Director is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily operations for all assigned operations of the Wanaaha Hotel and its staff. The Hotel Director will be responsible for developing and initiating departmental procedures, policies and controls for all assigned operations. The Hotel Director shall proactively provide directions to the front and back of the Hotel Management. The Hotel Director shall establish and approve hiring, training, development, coaching, re-assignment, and termination of staff as required.
